Our mission is to make professional studio space accessible by offering some of Colorado Springs' most affordable rental rates. We provide independent instructors, artists, and event hosts a welcoming place to teach, create, and grow, without the high cost and responsibility of operating their own studio, while building a connected, collaborative fitness and dance community.
Who the Space Is For
Our studio is available for:
- Dance instructors (ballroom, Latin, social, wedding, swing, line dance, etc.)
- Yoga, Pilates, barre, stretch, and somatic practitioners
- Fitness and movement teachers (Zumba, HIIT, cardio dance, etc.)
- Mindfulness, meditation, and small group workshops
Studio Features
- Approx. 30 ft x 25 ft open-floor studio
- Smooth wood-look flooring suitable for dance and fitness
- 2 large wall mirrors
- 4 windows, warm and inviting atmosphere
- Shared single-stall bathroom connected to the room (shared with a single massage therapist and her clients only)
- Seating along the wall for students/participants
- Space for personal sound system, small equipment, and props (storage of items not available at facility)
- Entry way for waiting classes
- Handicap accessible
Rental Rates
Standard Studio Rental
$25/hour
Ideal for one-time classes, monthly classes, rehearsals, or workshops.
Ongoing Weekly Classes
$15/hour
For instructors interested in a regular weekly time slot:
- 20% of class profits, minus your first 4 students (you keep 100% from those first 4)
- First-time, first-month rental profit fee waived
Booking & Payments
- Booking is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the first payment is received.
- Payments accepted via common electronic methods (details provided upon booking).
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in the rental agreement.
